We accept returns, exchanges and cancellations. There is one exception, unfortunately due to the nature of earrings, they cannot be returned.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
To request a cancellation, please contact us before the item has been shipped.
Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, we use and recommend tracked postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
